SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do I Need to Pay Import Fees and Taxes?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by their country when ordering original paintings or fine art prints. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and, if applicable, will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs policies vary from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Please note that any delays caused by customs are outside of our control and may affect delivery times.
What Is the Delivery Time?
All prints are made to order.
Most orders are ready to ship within a few days.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 1–4 weeks, depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is included in the price of all original paintings and fine art prints, so there are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Please note, for orders outside Canada, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Do You Accept Returns?
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of original artwork and fine art prints, all purchases are final sale. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, so please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.
If your print is damaged during transit or, in the unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will arrange a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.
Damaged Items
If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. These photos will allow me to submit a claim to our fulfillment partner and help resolve the issue.
While I cannot offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases, if the damage is covered by our fulfillment policy, I will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
My Country Is Not Available at Checkout
If your country is not listed during checkout, please email me your address so I can check the availability of shipping to your location.
COMMISSIONED ART
Can I Order Commissioned Art?
Yes! I offer a limited number of commissioned paintings throughout the year. If you have a special idea, place, or story you’d like brought to life, I’d love to hear about it.
Please contact me with your vision, preferred size, and any reference images, and I’ll get back to you with availability and pricing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’m thrilled to receive emails and DMs, and I try to respond as quickly as possible. Sometimes, response times vary as I may be waiting on external information. Please keep in mind that we’re a small business with limited customer service hours.

PRIVACY POLICY
When you sign up or opt in to receive emails from me, I collect your email address so I can send you my newsletter, including updates, new artwork, product launches, and exclusive content.
If you place an order for prints, original artwork, or other products, I may also collect information such as your name, shipping address, email address, and other details needed to process and deliver your order.
I do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with trusted service providers when necessary to process your order, deliver your purchase, process payments, or send emails on my behalf.
